Job Title: Investment Operations Analyst - Credit Markets

Shift Timings: Night Shift (5 days WFO)
Role Purpose
- Execute credit pipeline, onboarding, document and lifecycle processing.
- Maintain accurate books and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Update approved capital-call and distribution pipeline information for cash-flow forecasting.
- Create entity, security, model-portfolio and referential data from approved documentation.
- Store and tag loan notices, trade confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters and capital-activity notices.
- Record rate resets, paydowns, margin changes, PIK events and other approved lifecycle transactions.
- Book routine fees, NAV and valuation inputs.
- Prepare reconciliation outputs.
- Identify duplicates, missing documents, inconsistent attributes and high-impact exceptions.
Domain Knowledge & Systems
- Familiarity with loans, bonds, CLOs, structured credit, and fund investments.
- Exposure to Sentry, SCD/SimCorp, ClearPar, DealCloud, TFM Capital Pipeline, ticketing and UDAs.
