Product Line Management Intern, Worksystems

About the Role

• Paid Product Line Management - Worksystems Intern position.
• 12-week summer program located at Haworth Corporate Headquarters in Holland, MI.
• Opportunity to work on real projects in a leading business and manufacturing environment.
• Includes attendance at NeoCon, the largest commercial design event in the world.
• Access to interactive workshops (networking, public speaking, AI tools) and intern social events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with competitive analysis and research.
• Conduct product analysis and data analysis to evaluate product performance.
• Support product launch initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting).
• PowerPoint for presentation development and visual communication of insights.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a part-time or full-time bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Ability to work On-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet applications.
• Desire to learn, question, and research solutions to problems.
• Organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall GPA of 2.95 or higher.
• Prior Haworth experience.
• Previous employment experience.
• Extra-curricular activity experience (athletics, clubs, volunteer work, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP – SAP or other related systems.
• Exposure to financial acumen, profit and loss statements.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
• Exposure to market research, forecasting, business analytics, or product management concepts.
