About the Role
The Custodian provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies, etc.
- Perform community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
- Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
- High school graduate preferred.
- Six months to one year of custodial experience.
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18.60-$21.40/hr DOE
