About the Role
Ashes Media is hiring a Social Media Manager for Sacred Aura, a D2C luxury fragrance brand. This full-time, hybrid role in Indore will involve owning the Instagram presence end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut raw footage into short-form edits using an AI editing workflow.
- Plan, schedule, and post daily content on Instagram.
- Write captions in the brand's voice.
- Support photo and video shoots, including planning and on-set assistance.
- Track content performance and provide insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Taste: Demonstrated ability to manage an account and produce compelling edits.
- Consistency: Ability to maintain a posting schedule of 5-6 times per week.
- Ownership: Proactive approach to content creation without needing a brief for every post.
- Hardware: Your own laptop capable of handling video editing. A MacBook is preferred, but a well-specced Windows laptop is also acceptable.
Qualifications
- Advanced editing skills are not required; training will be provided on AI editing workflows.
- Strong instinct for what makes video content engaging.
