About the Role
Arramton Infotech Ltd. is seeking a User Experience Designer for a full-time remote role. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research.
- Map user journeys.
- Run design workshops.
- Iterate on concepts based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Design user experiences for web and mobile products across multiple domains.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- Ability to communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across multiple products or platforms.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve complex product and interaction challenges.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Visual Design for digital products, with a focus on layout, typography, color, and component-based design systems.
- Experience with Prototyping, from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive high-fidelity prototypes, using modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
