Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective measures.
- Document all processes and solutions in compliance with best practices and company standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and identify automation potential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
