AI Coding & Developer Productivity Specialist
About the Role
Keyrus is seeking an experienced AI Coding & Developer Productivity Specialist to support an upcoming enterprise AI adoption and engineering transformation initiative. This is a hands-on consultant role requiring strong expertise in AI-powered coding assistants to improve developer productivity and integrate AI into software engineering practices.
Engagement
- Duration: 2–3 months
- Type: Freelance / Contract
- Location: India – Bangalore / Chennai preferred, with punctual visits to Singapore
- Work Model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI coding adoption and existing development workflows.
- Define AI-assisted coding best practices and technical guidelines.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and developer coaching.
- Support AI adoption, productivity measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to technical scoping and solution design.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with IBM Bob or similar AI coding tools (highly preferred).
- Strong software engineering background.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
- Experience with enterprise AI adoption, developer enablement, or technical consulting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
