Amadeus Travel Operation Specialist, Blended

About the Role

• This is a blended travel operation role involving customer interactions and backend air fulfillment/ticketing activities.
• Amadeus GDS proficiency is mandatory.
• Work from office in Sector 32, Gurugram.
• Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA CTC.
• Language: Excellent English.
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts & week-offs.
• Night Shift: Cab facility provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process airline ticket issuance, reissuance, revalidation, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds using Amadeus GDS.
• Manage full and partial ticket exchanges as per airline fare rules and policies.
• Handle voluntary and involuntary changes, schedule changes, and IRROPS cases.
• Create, retrieve, and modify PNRs for single and multiple passengers and sectors.
• Check fare rules, pricing, taxes, penalties, and applicable refund amounts.
• Process BSP/GDS refunds and support post-ticketing operations.
• Handle EMD issuance for ancillary services.
• Manage ticket amendments, rebooking requests, and complex itineraries.
• Follow airline policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Meet quality, productivity, and process targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Knowledge of PNR creation, pricing, and fare rules.
• Experience in ticketing, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.
• Understanding of EMD issuance and ticket reissuance.
• Knowledge of cryptic commands and GDS transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience.
• Knowledge of BSP/ARC processes, ADM/ACM, and IRROPS will be an added advantage.
