About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Communications Associate who is deeply immersed in internet culture, understands creator ecosystems, and can identify emerging trends. This role requires a natural curiosity for pop culture, social media, creators, memes, trends, and online conversations. You will work across clients and campaigns, blending sharp thinking, strong writing, cultural awareness, and effective execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with tasks ranging from writing captions and building content calendars to coordinating with designers, researching industries, supporting influencer campaigns, and presenting ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, blogs, websites, video scripts, and brand communication.
- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, headlines, and content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience motivations.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, creators, and industry conversations to identify relevant creative opportunities.
- Research brands, industries, competitors, and audiences to develop original, insight-led content.
- Support content calendars, influencer campaigns, and end-to-end digital campaign execution.
- Collaborate with design, video, strategy, and client teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Track content and campaign performance, maintain content trackers, and identify opportunities to improve communication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong writing, storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, digital trends, and platform-specific content.
- Ability to connect cultural insights and audience behaviour with brand communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and original thinking.
- Good to Have: Exposure to influencer marketing, digital analytics, SEO, or design tools.
