Job Title: Private Markets Investment Operations Analyst

About the Role
Perform document-led private-investment processing, data maintenance, and accounting support under defined procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up approved entity, account, security, and model-portfolio data.
- Receive, validate, index, and store commitments, confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters, and related documents.
- Record routine lifecycle events, capital calls, distributions, and approved disposition information.
- Maintain sub-ledger records, unfunded commitments, book cost, NAV-related inputs, and portfolio-company attributes.
- Prepare reconciliations and identify incomplete approvals, documentation, or inconsistent data for escalation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of private funds, co-investments, direct investments, external funds, and real-estate structures.
- Exposure to SCD/SimCorp, Investran, Yardi, ticketing/JIRA, and document repositories.
- High attention to document completeness, accounting data, and funding deadlines.
- Ability to follow multi-step controls and maintain a clear audit trail.
