About the Role

The successful candidate will support managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for clients. This role requires high technical capability, sound commercial knowledge, and a good understanding of cost and value drivers. The position offers career progression and cross-sector experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Team Leaders and Service Leaders in the delivery of real estate led developments.
• Carry day-to-day delivery responsibility and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support the delivery of Cost plans and BoQs for all types of construction projects globally.
• Deliver all work outputs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize and embed JLL best practice tools and processes, including the use of technology to support delivery.
• Interpret client or senior manager briefs and convert them into action plans.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team player to deliver Cost Management assignments.
• Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters, including compliance in scope of service.
• Capture and share knowledge, and contribute to service improvement and innovation.
• Be a strong team player, but demonstrate the ability to take an advanced role as part of personal development.
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Degree in related subject (BE / B.Tech / Diploma - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Working knowledge of CostX would be an advantage.
• Some fit-out experience would be desirable.

Qualifications

• Approximately 0-3 years of experience.
• Prior experience working in the cost management field is an added advantage.
