About the Role

HR TEAM is a growing organization focused on providing professional services. This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Draft posts.
• Create short-form videos or graphics with basic tools.
• Adapt content to align with brand guidelines and audience needs.
• Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to support campaigns.
• Ensure content is accurate, clear, and consistent.
• Manage timelines.
• Respond to feedback.
• Continuously improve content quality based on performance insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong content creation skills, including clear writing and basic visual design.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts, such as audience engagement and content scheduling.
• Good research and organization skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic technical skills, such as using common content tools (e.g., word processors, simple design or video apps) and managing files efficiently.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Professional, inclusive approach in all work.

Education in communications, media, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.

Prior experience in content creation or internships in a similar role is an advantage.
