About the Role
The role focuses on transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment.
- Manage financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing.
- Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
- Execute low-level processes based on incoming requests.
- Perform transaction-based activities, including entering and validating orders, generating invoices and acknowledgements, sorting & routing orders, and following written SOPs.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interact within your own team and direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact your own work.
- Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
