About the Role
The Directeur at Avotrix is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position oversees strategic planning and execution across key service lines, including Splunk professional services, big data analytics projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and product integrations. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and ensuring delivery excellence for consulting, training, and software development engagements. The Directeur collaborates with senior stakeholders and clients to shape solution roadmaps, drive business development, and expand Avotrix’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing cross-functional technology teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong background in Big Data Analytics, Splunk implementations, and data-driven decision-making in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud platforms, and modern software development practices relevant to consulting and professional services.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with skills in stakeholder management, business development, and partnership building.
- Ability to manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and quality standards in a fast-paced technology services firm.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior leadership experience in a technology or consulting organization, preferably in data analytics, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate training, consulting, or solution delivery within analytics or enterprise software domains is advantageous.
