About the Role
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cloud ERP Implementation Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes.
- Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance.
- Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users.
- Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions.
- Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.
Qualifications
- Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
- Expected Graduation May 2028
- Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects.
- Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.

Additional Information
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Available for 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August).
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
