Job Title: US IT Recruiter

About the Role
- Shift Time: EST (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM during Daylight Saving)
- Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
- Night Shift, no rotational shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and deliver qualified consultants.
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates for contract openings.
- Establish relationships with consultants/contractors.
- Conduct interviews and educate candidates on Mindlance’s process.
- Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate candidate placement, and solicit referrals.
- Submit qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients' Hiring Managers through the sales team.
- Coordinate with HR-Administration for smooth consultant onboarding.
- Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
- Ensure effective usage of internal systems/databases for recording recruitment stages.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 2-3 months of US IT Recruitment experience (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think proactively, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.
Qualifications
- Technical Graduate (a plus).
