About the Role

Join a high-performing SAP Analytics and Data team to help organizations unlock business value through data-driven insights. As an SAP BDC Consultant, you will work on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data and analytics solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related technologies. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-quality data solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP BW/4HANA data models.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and integration processes.
• Develop analytical models, reports, and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources to support enterprise analytics requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data models and reporting solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Data Cloud concepts.
• Experience in data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and planning capabilities.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and analytical content.
• Experience with SQL, SAP HANA modelling, and data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

• SAP certifications in Datasphere, BW/4HANA, SAC, or related SAP technologies.
• Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or other SAP functional domains.
