Associate, Operations

About the Role

This role is within EY's CBS (Common Business Services) - FIN (Finance) - Controlling-General Accounting function, based in Gurgaon. As part of Operations, this enablement function helps EY operate more efficiently by providing knowledge, resources, and tools to deliver exceptional quality service, win in the marketplace, and support EY's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of established internal controls and procedures.
• Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate these risks.
• Perform expenses analysis and verification of expense vouchers.
• Review the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management.
• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of internal audit, risk, and control functions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP Concur, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience in Expense Vouching & Analysis will be an advantage.
