About the Role

Join Deloitte’s EBS Clients & Markets team to support priority accounts across the USI, serving the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Client Relationship Executives, Client Account Managers, and other account leaders to manage account operations, strategic priorities, and client service activities, ensuring account teams are informed, organized, and positioned to deliver high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for account teams, supporting account operations, project coordination, and account excellence initiatives for priority accounts.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic priorities, issue-based requests, go-to-market planning, and specific account needs for industries or regions.
• Manage project activities from initiation to completion, including work allocation, stakeholder communication, quality reviews, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with Deloitte stakeholders across different geographies to clarify project scope, refine requirements, and assist in the development of research proposals, reports, and account deliverables.
• Contribute to team operations by sharing best practices, offering ideas, and assisting with the onboarding or mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and Word.
• Experience conducting business, financial, market, or industry research and analysis.
• Experience preparing reports, insights, or recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders or geographies.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / MBA.
• Background in Finance, Marketing, and/or Business is desirable.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, business development, or market research.
• Experience supporting key account management or account enablement activities.
• Preferred: Experience supporting one or more industries.
• Preferred: Experience proposing research approaches or methodologies based on project scope.
• Preferred: Experience developing forward-looking insights or hypothesis-based analysis.
• Preferred: Experience creating visualizations or structured presentations of information.
• Preferred: Experience validating and triangulating sources for accuracy and relevance.
• Preferred: Experience reviewing work produced by junior team members.

Location: Hyderabad
