About the Role
The Production Executive role at WH TECHNOLOGY is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Production Executive will oversee daily production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring workflows to meet customer and internal deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage resources on the shop floor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation.
- Track production metrics.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong production planning and production management skills.
- Ability to organize and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including inspection procedures and adherence to relevant standards.
- Background or familiarity with production-related technologies (such as food technology or similar process-based domains) that support systematic manufacturing approaches.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in cable harnesses, electronics, or related sectors.
- Understanding of safety and environmental compliance.
- Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS9100 Rev D is relevant to the company's operations.
