About the Role

HIM eesh Madaan - Motivational Speaker And Trainer is a personal development and training organization. The organization focuses on delivering motivational content, training programs, and educational resources. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s motivational and training objectives. This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim and organize raw video clips.
• Assemble raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content.
• Add transitions, overlays, music, and sound effects.
• Ensure consistent visual style and pacing across all videos.
• Perform basic color correction.
• Apply motion graphics and text elements.
• Collaborate with content creators to refine scripts and visual concepts.
• Manage multiple projects.
• Optimize content for various digital platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of final outputs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience assembling and refining motivational or educational content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, composition, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience editing motivational or training content is a plus.
