Job Description

A Geologist position is available in Udaipur, Rajasthan, with responsibilities focused on limestone exploration, resource evaluation, geological modeling, and mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological mapping and exploration activities.
• Assess limestone deposits and evaluate mineral resources.
• Perform core logging, sampling, and grade control.
• Undertake geological modeling and reserve estimation.
• Prepare geological reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with mine planning and operations teams.
• Monitor limestone resource quality.
• Analyze geological data and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, M.Sc, Other

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in limestone mining, preferably in the cement industry.
• Knowledge of geological modeling and mine-planning software such as Surpac, Datamine, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mineral exploration and resource estimation techniques.
• Experience in geological mapping, drilling supervision, and quality control.
• Knowledge of mining regulations and statutory compliance.
