About the Role

PropAdvisor Realty (P) Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Property Consultant based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate requirements.
• Conduct property consultations and recommend suitable residential, commercial, plotting, or investment options.
• Perform daily activities including lead follow-up, property site visits, and coordinating with developers.
• Prepare proposals and support clients through negotiations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, market data, and inventory.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and client-focused experience.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets.
• Contribute to business development efforts and uphold ethical advisory standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Consulting and Real Estate skills.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Basic knowledge of local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and market trends in Ahmedabad.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Comfortable working on-site, conducting field visits, and managing a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand client needs and advise on suitable property options.
• Ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client relationships professionally.
• Ability to align transactions with client objectives.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or sales will be an advantage.
