About the Role
The Owner role at Lakshya Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with primary responsibility for guiding the studio’s strategic direction and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business operations, including financial management, resource planning, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable profitability and high-quality delivery on global game development projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Align engagement models and services with market needs.
- Represent the studio within the broader Keywords Studios group and industry associations.
- Lead senior leadership teams.
- Set organizational priorities.
- Support studio heads across locations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Evaluate new business opportunities.
- Manage key risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and ethical practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or ownership roles within game development, creative services, or technology-based organizations.
- Strong skills in business strategy, financial planning, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale operations, and drive organizational change.
- Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and partnership development across global markets.
- In-depth understanding of game development workflows, art production pipelines, and quality assurance practices is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Background in managing multi-site or international studios.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, game development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
