You will support our consultants, manage prospective clients by phone, and ensure every appointment is well-prepared.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our consultants in their daily work
• Phone-based preparation and management of prospective clients
• Planning, as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments
• Assistance with our customer events

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Organized, reliable, and communicative
• Enjoy working according to clear procedures
• Quick comprehension and discipline
• Confident German in speaking and writing
• A completed vocational training is helpful, but not a requirement

Qualifications

• Quereinstieg (career changers) are welcome: No sales experience is required.
• Structured onboarding with your own online training area.
