The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving organizational efficiency across all business functions. The COO will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes that support scalable AI-powered learning programs and partnerships. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to translate the company’s strategic vision into actionable operational plans, including resource allocation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. The COO will manage cross-functional teams, monitor key operational and financial metrics, ensure compliance with internal policies, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learner-centric delivery. The role also includes working closely with product, academic, and business development teams to align operations with growth objectives and market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills to design, streamline, and scale organizational processes.
• Solid Finance and Budgeting skills to oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in senior leadership roles within edtech, technology, or education-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and implement strategic initiatives at scale.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, risk management, and setting up governance frameworks.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will be considered.
