About the Role
Waldorf Astoria Chicago is seeking a Communications Ambassador to join their team. This role is part of the Local 1 Union and requires complete open availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams.
- Leverage communication tools, including PBX system and computer applications, to support daily operations.
