About the Role

Join our team to create an inviting shopping experience for customers. As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support, and be fully cross-trained for front-end duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely according to productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assist with store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cash register operation
• Basic math for cash accounting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity
