Associate Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

The ASSOCIATE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST role supports the business intelligence team by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics deliverables. This position plays a key role in analyzing data, validating information, and collaborating with various departments to provide accurate and timely business intelligence solutions. It offers an entry-level professional the opportunity to grow within the analytics field and contribute meaningfully to the organization's data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Analyze and interpret financial and wealth management data.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.
• Support project analytics by gathering requirements and tracking timelines.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, validate data, and audit report outputs.
• Maintain documentation of validation procedures and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and modern BI tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics.
• Experience or exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehouses or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn technical BI skills and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer and Information Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
