About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to shape content from its inception for a soon-to-be-launched product. You will have a blank page to define the voice, style, and impact of the first hundred posts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create short-form content, primarily Reels, from concept to launch.
- Shoot and edit content, prioritizing creative vision over equipment.
- Write and refine hooks and captions for maximum engagement.
- Analyze content performance to understand what resonates with the audience.
- Identify and collaborate with creators who align with the project's vision.
- Experiment with AI tools for video creation and editing.
- Monitor content performance metrics to inform future strategy and improvement.
Qualifications
- Current students or recent graduates from any academic stream.
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship for either 3 or 6 months.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation. Proof of past work (personal pages, club activities, client projects) is required, not follower count.
- Ability to edit raw footage into engaging content that holds viewer attention.
- Skill in writing compelling captions and hooks that resonate with audiences.
- A proactive approach to shipping and learning, rather than striving for unattainable perfection.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
