About the Role
Wonder MINDS is a pediatric therapy and child development center focused on helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in the Greater Pitampura, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Conduct evaluations.
- Create and implement treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Document progress.
- Adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in parent education.
- Attend team meetings.
- Contribute to program development.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Licensure or registration as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Experience working with children with developmental and neurological conditions such as ASD, ADHD, LD, CP, and Down Syndrome is beneficial.
