About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Process Trainer for our Siliguri location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions, improving employee performance, monitoring training outcomes, and ensuring operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process training for new hires and existing employees.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Calculate and monitor throughput, tracking employee productivity and training effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, assessments, and process documentation.
• Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions to improve employee performance.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and practical exercises.
• Track training performance, batch progress, certification results, and nesting performance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement corrective training.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, assessment reports, and daily productivity reports.
• Ensure trainees meet the required quality, productivity, and process-readiness standards before deployment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of training processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of TNA, TNI, and throughput calculation.

• Relevant training experience.
