Program Finance Analyst I *ONSITE*

About the Role

The Raytheon Product Support Finance Team is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst. This role is classified as Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of time-phased budgets and schedules
• Budgeting and variance analysis
• Understanding and performing analysis on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook
• Measuring performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generating EV reports, status, graphs, and analysis
• Development of pricing estimates and proposal cost volumes
• Providing program teams with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
• Working with the leadership team to accurately forecast and recognize bookings, sales, profit, cash, and provide variance analysis
• Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Preparation of Work Authorization Documents
• Various other ad hoc requests

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with financial planning and/or data analysis
• Ability to utilize collaboration tools and be on camera (Zoom and Microsoft Teams)
• Prior experience with or ability to master business systems (SAP & other ERP systems)
• Knowledge of Department of Defense contracts and practices
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.)
• Understanding of basic financial principles which include forecasting and budgeting

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, or a related field and less than 2 years experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
