About The Role

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creating compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for effective communication and audience engagement.

What You Will Do

• Assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials.
• Take full responsibility for training material updates to ensure current information, tools, and resources are available and in use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in the production of video content and animations.
• Develop training programs based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, VYOND, Canva, and Articulate Storyline 360.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge.
• Proficiencies in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Experience designing for web and mobile.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
