Business Analyst

About the Role

Amoha Recruitment Services is building a talent pipeline of Business Analysts for upcoming client engagements across finance, healthcare, retail, and technology. This is a Full-Time opportunity for early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Assist with UAT, test-case preparation, and validation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support project teams throughout the requirements and implementation lifecycle.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business requirements and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience creating business documentation and presentations.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or SDLC methodologies.

Compensation

• $80,000 – $110,000/year, based on experience, location, and skills.
