About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Project role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role supports end-to-end execution of solar energy projects, including site assessment, coordination with engineering and installation teams, and monitoring project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking project progress
• Preparing reports
• Assisting with resource planning
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Communicating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Maintaining documentation
• Supporting compliance with local regulations
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project processes

Qualifications

• Ability to manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working on-site at solar project locations, with a focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and support decision-making.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems, construction processes, or electrical infrastructure (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in common office and project tools (such as spreadsheets, documentation, and reporting software).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Delhi Area as required for site visits and project coordination.
