This is a part-time, on-site Co Founder with Strategic Investment role based in Bengaluru. The Co Founder will work closely with the founding team to refine the venture’s vision, shape product and market strategy, and support decision-making across Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating new opportunities.
• Contributing to business models and go-to-market plans.
• Engaging in fundraising conversations, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Guiding research-to-product pipelines.
• Providing input on key hiring decisions.
• Representing the venture in meetings, events, and stakeholder discussions.
• Bringing strategic capital.
• Actively supporting governance, risk assessment, and long-term growth planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical, financial, and market data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey deep-tech concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Sales-related skills, including experience in opportunity development, investor pitches, and high-value partnership negotiations.
• Marketing skills, with the capacity to shape positioning, messaging, and basic go-to-market strategies for deep-tech products.
• Research skills, particularly in evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscapes relevant to Quantum, AI, and MedTech.
• Experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup leader in technology or deep-tech domains is highly desirable.
• Background in fields such as engineering, physics, computer science, business, or a related discipline is beneficial; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute strategic investment (financial and/or network capital) and to support long-term organizational sustainability.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, inclusive innovation.
