About the Role

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales training programs tailored to the needs of the automotive industry.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and coaching.
