About the Role
Netpace Inc. is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for temp-to-hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations in Wells, ME. This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.
Important Things To Note
- Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.
- Optional overtime (OT) during training.
- Once converted to FTE, OT is based on seniority.
- Work Schedule Options:
- Schedule 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Schedule 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Paid Lunch: 11:15 AM - 11:45 AM EST
- Break: 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM EST
- Free onsite parking
Key Responsibilities
- Use a voice-controlled system to select full-case grocery, frozen, and/or other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack. Headsets will be worn throughout the entire shift.
- Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.
- Obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.

Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. overhead at any given time, throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and training instructions.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Training is available in both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment.
Hiring Process
- Pre-Employment Site Tours (Required).
- Candidates will meet with a supervisor one-on-one after the tour.
- Suppliers must confirm candidate availability prior to submission.
