About the Role
ActiveHQ Private Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Assistant in Delhi, India. This role supports the day-to-day operation of their gym management SaaS platform by assisting with technical troubleshooting, system configuration, and user onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries.
- Diagnose technical issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve problems.
- Document recurring support requests.
- Analyze platform usage and basic performance metrics.
- Provide clear communication to clients.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration, secure access control, and consistent platform reliability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Technical Assistance and hands-on Technical Support to customers and internal teams.
- SaaS platforms.
- Basic troubleshooting of web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with gym or fitness operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret system behavior, identify root causes of issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in a technical support or assistant role is an advantage.
