About the Role
Grains of Good Foundation is seeking candidates interested in entering the RBT profession, as well as certified RBTs ready to work with children and families. This role offers a meaningful career focused on helping children develop communication, independence, social skills, and everyday living skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with children and families.
- Receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated BCBA supervisor.
- Engage in case review, treatment plan development and adjustment, and receive support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (for certified RBT candidates).
- Interest in learning about the RBT career path and certification process (for future RBT candidates).
- Enjoyment of working with children.
- Understanding that the work can improve life for an entire family.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates (including Russian-, Spanish-, and Chinese-speaking specialists) are welcomed.
- Flexibility to discuss availability based on daytime or evening hours, and caseload size.
