About the Role

The Sales Management Trainee Program is a 24-week, hands-on experience designed for recent or soon-to-be graduating seniors. The program offers the opportunity to:

• Become part of a team
• Expand upon experience
• Actively participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations
• Gain knowledge of the Company, culture, and the Transportation Industry
• Develop future-based leadership skills

Upon completion, trainees will be confident and competent to take on a sales position within the Company.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
