The Inside Sales Intern role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the sales team in driving new business opportunities. This position offers exposure to enterprise AI solutions and the opportunity to learn sales best practices in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, present product information, and schedule demonstrations for senior sales staff.
• Monitor customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support a positive client experience and respond to inquiries effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams in a professional manner.
• Basic understanding of technology or interest in enterprise AI solutions is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
