About the Role
The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is the starting point for a career in SaaS sales. In this position, you will be at the forefront of Samsara’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Samsara’s product line. This role is designed for individuals aiming to develop enterprise technology sales skills and advance their careers. Successful ADRs are eligible for accelerated commissions and can be promoted to closing roles. You will collaborate with top-tier executives and observe how sales organizations achieve success.
This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area of Arizona, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for leads.
- Map enterprise accounts.
- Build demand for Samsara’s products.
- Average 50 calls to prospective customers daily.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day.
- At least 6 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability. This can include sales-related coursework or sales competitions.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation.
- Ideal candidate has:
- Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to be collaborative.
- 6 Months experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into daily operations.
