• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Defining role requirements.
• Ensuring an efficient, inclusive hiring process.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Managing job postings.
• Conducting interviews.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
• Skills in Recruiting for diverse roles and levels.
• Skills in Employer Branding and talent market outreach.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Prior experience in fast-growing or travel/tech organizations is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred.
