Associate Business Analyst

About the Role

Razorpay is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay’s top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues.
• Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis.
• Execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization.
• Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 24/7 in shifts.
