About the Role
Ample Designs is a Bengaluru-based interior design firm dedicated to creating contemporary spaces that are both functional and visually engaging. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Ample Designs in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting meetings and site visits, presenting design services, and preparing proposals and quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings and site visits.
- Present design services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams.
- Manage CRM records.
- Track sales activities.
- Provide regular reports.
- Represent the brand at events or client interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand interior design offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Competence in basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Sales reporting.
- Organizing pipelines and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client acquisition and relationship management, including prospecting, networking, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in lead conversion, contract discussions, and closing deals.
- Ability to present and explain interior design concepts and service offerings clearly, with confident communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in interior design, real estate, architecture, or related design services is highly beneficial.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service orientation.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Willingness to conduct frequent client meetings and project walkthroughs.
