About the Role
The Pineapple Pads is looking for a freelance Business Development Associate to grow its corporate accommodation business.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with corporates, startups, HR & Admin teams.
- Build partnerships and bring in corporate bookings.
- Own your pipeline, follow up and close deals.
Compensation & Incentives
- ₹15,000/month fixed pay.
- ₹2,000 per new corporate client after their first paid booking.
- An additional ₹3,000 when a client crosses ₹1 lakh in cumulative bookings.
- Unlimited incentive potential.
- Stays at TPP Homes.
Additional Details
- This is a freelance/part-time role.
- Mutually agreed fixed hours.
- 2-month probation period.
- You will work directly with the founder.
