About the Role

• We're a growing SaaS startup looking for a motivated Remote Customer Support Intern to join our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by handling inquiries and providing support through email and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure they receive a positive support experience.
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer issues are handled efficiently.
• Contribute to meeting team KPIs and performance targets.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while providing support.

• Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable and flexible with assigned evening or night-shift working hours.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the customer support team.
