About the Role
AdmitKard is a Noida-based ed-tech platform supporting students seeking admission to universities and colleges abroad. This is a full-time remote role focused on business development for education loan services. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective students who require education loans, explaining loan options, and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective students requiring education loans.
- Explain loan options and guide students through the application process.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and loan partners.
- Negotiate and coordinate offerings with partners.
- Ensure smooth communication between students and lenders.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Track conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve loan-related processes and student experience.
- Stay updated on education loan products, eligibility criteria, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Business development and sales skills (lead generation, relationship management, conversion tracking).
- Customer service and counseling skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and empathetically.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and education loans (eligibility, documentation, regulatory considerations).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proven ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in education loans, banking, NBFCs, or ed-tech is an advantage.
